Compared to other services we review, TutorsUmbrella.com is a typical. Most companies provide the best essay writing service for college students and other services on individually assigned tasks. Tutors Umbrella doesn’t do this. What they do is complete entire courses, assignments, and other tasks. This proved challenging to us and forced us to take a different approach when it came to evaluating quality and measuring the pros & cons. 

As we determined what our final rating would be, we also had to consider ethical concerns. It’s one thing to receive help on an individual assignment. TutorsUmbrella enables students to pass entire courses, even earn degrees and certificates, without ever doing any of the work themselves. Worse, we found no evidence that this company places any limits or standards on their practices. To complete our evaluation we:

Review Criteria

For the most part our review criteria is the same as always. We expect reasonable prices, good customer service, quality work, and a website that is easy to navigate. We consider any extras to a bonus, and discounts such as coupon codes to be a positive add-on. In addition to our experiences we also considered the overall reputation of TutorsUmbrella.

Factor 1: Types of Writing Services Offered

This company offers the completion of writing assignments and other tasks. They also will completely entire degrees and courses of study. To evaluate them using our normal standards, we opted to order college level essay writing.

Factor 2: Trust and Reliability

We received the paper we ordered, and did not encounter any evidence of fraud. However, we are concerned about the trustworthiness of a company that enables people to obtain degrees and enter into career fields without any qualification. What if someone received a law or medical degree through this service? Considering that the company will take certification exams on behalf of students, that’s very concerning to us.

Factor 3: Level of Quality

We evaluated our paper for accuracy, grade level, research and other factors. Unfortunately, it was quite lackluster. This was amateurish writing that was clearly done by someone with little or no subject matter expertise. There were also spelling and grammatical mistakes that should have been caught and eliminated.

Factor 4: Pricing and Payment

Prices here are not standard. We paid more than average for a paper that was not of acceptable quality. There was no promo code available to save money. Standard payment methods are accepted here.

Factor 5: Additional Important Considerations

This service claims to be based in the United States. They are not. They are based in India and use a rented server in the United States. The domain is rented using a non-professional email address. The website is slow and difficult to navigate.

Concluding Comments

Give this service the pass. They don’t offer the quality you deserve in terms of writing or support. There are also serious concerns regarding ethical business practices. Instead, check out our other reviews to find a better service for your needs.
