DoMyPapers.com appears to have been in operation for about five years. During that five years, there have been a lot of Do My Papers customer reviews posted around the web, and we have received several as well. During our evaluation of this company, we have reviewed the website content, read the posted testimonials, samples of writing, prices, policies, and our evaluation of a DoMyPapers research piece that we ordered. Here are our findings.

Factor 1: Types of Services Of​fered

The primary focus for Do My Papers is academic writing. However, they also offer admissions essays, editing and proofreading, resumes and CV’s for job seekers, and copywriting services for online business needs.

Factor 2: Trust and Reliabili​ty

We were impressed with the website. It is well-organized with clearly written content, good navigation, and well laid out information. This does inspire trust.

The order form is clear and the process easy.

From what customers say and from our own experience, customers can expect to receive their ordered products on time.

We did not find any BBB membership which is a bit of a negative, but, all n all, we can say that DoMyPapers is not a fraud or scam.

Factor 3: Level of Q​uality

Visitors to the site are encouraged to read some of the sample writings. Of course, we would have done this anyway. Once we reached this part of our evaluation, the disappointment began.

1. The samples we reviewed were badly structured and lacked coherence, thesis statements, and conclusions. One high school essay we read was on slavery in the U.S. It was not an essay at all but simply a review of two writings from that time period. There was no analysis, no thesis, and no conclusion.

2. Customer comments reflected the same issues – poor organization, lack of thesis statements, and, in addition, lack of adequate resources.

3. The short research paper we ordered had the same issues.

All in all, our Do My Papers review and rating of quality is “poor.”

In terms of customer support, we were able to get answers to general questions, but it appears that the company is using an answering service rather than regular employees. We were also told that c full PhD dissertation could be written and delivered in seven days, for a steep price. Obviously, this is not possible.

Factor 4: Pricing and Pay​ment

Do My Papers prices fall within the low-average range. A high school essay with a 14-day deadline is $10/page. From there prices increase to $48/page at the doctoral level, with a shorter deadline.

Relative to any discount, theres a program that provides from 5 – 15% off, based upon returning customers and the total cumulative amount they have spent. Beyond that, we could not find any discount or promo code for new i customers, although customer support did sy we could request one for a lengthy order.

Factor 5: Additio​nal Important Considerations

Do My Papers offers the normal freebies – title, bibliography and table of contents pages. Customers can also request unlimited revisions and a plagiarism report.

Concluding Com​ments

If we can list pros & cons of this company, we would certainly list the website structure as a pro. However, a good website does not mean that good quality follows. In the case of Do My Papers, that quality is clearly missing. We recommend students reading other essay services reviews and avoid this company.
