LiveCustomWriting.com Review

LiveCustomWriting.com is apparently a sister company of CustomEssayWritingService.org, a company we have reviewed in the past. We discovered this having spoken with the customer support department about broken links on the site. We were re-directed to the sister site to complete our ordering process. We did conduct our Live Custom Writing review as if it were a separate company. And we used all of the same criteria – informational content on the website, company testimonials, pricing, samples and blog posts if available, customer reviews that have been submitted to us and that we have found on the web, our communication with the customer support department, and a writing product we ordered.

Factor 1: Types of Writing Services Offered

Live Custom Writing provides only academic writing products and services – for student from high school through graduate level programs. This includes all of the normal assignments that might be given.

There is no way to get a specific list of all of the products, because the ordering link is broken. We assume that the company offers the same products a its sister site, and those are fairly comprehensive.

Factor 2: Trust and Reliability

There are several factors that foster trust in a business. We have some major concerns in this area.

First, the links are broken. We checked over a period of a week, after reporting them to customer support, and they were still broken.

Second, the company states that its writers come from such universities as Yale, Harvard, MIT, etc. We find this to be unbelievable. Professional writing services do use writers with degrees from accredited colleges, but not these institutions.

Factor 3: Quality

We judge quality by the website content text, blog and samples, and customer reviews. In the case of LiveCustomWriting, the picture is pretty bad.

  1. Customer reviews are all negative, and the specific complaint common to all was the terrible writing.

  2. The text on the website is poorly written and indicative of ESL writers. If the company is using such great writers from such great schools, we cannot imagine why one of them did not craft the content.

  3. Samples and blog posts are the same as though on the sister site. And these reflect poor sentence structure and word usage errors.

Overall, while Livecustomwriting.com is certainly not a fraud or scam, but our rating of quality is “extremely poor.”

Factor 4: Pricing/Payment

Live Custom Writing prices begin at $21.99/page for a high school piece, with a two-week deadline. The paper we purchased, 8 pages at the college level with a 7-day deadline, was priced at $26.99/page. We find the pricing levels a bit “off.” In terms of any type of discount, we found none. When we contacted the customer support department to see about a promo code for a discount, we were told that the company provided not discounts of any type.

Payment procedures are secure, so no worries there.

Factor 5: Additional Important Considerations

We found the following:

  1. LiveCustomWriting does not post that title and bibliography pages are free, but we were not charged for them.

  2. Customers may request revisions.

  3. There are no policies on the website, and this is concerning.

Concluding Comments

We looked at pros & cons, and, frankly, there are no pros. The writing is poor, links are broken, and the product we received could not have been submitted. For these reasons, we are providing an overall rating of “poor.”

I appreciate that you are able to get assignments out quickly. The papers are written well. However, graduate-level writing can be improved. Graduate-level writing does not have "fill words."
